What it is about

Gang Rush: Breakout is a race shaped like a getaway: cars speed along a bridge full of obstacles, shoot at each other and collect the money left on the asphalt. There are no laps or timers: the bridge is a single straight with lanes, containers and ramps.

Each round has two very distinct phases. First hazards are placed in reverse standings order, so last place decides where it hurts. Then each player rolls their dice and turns speed into movement, steers into lane changes and shots into damage for a rival.

The game is settled by money, not position: you can finish second and win, or cross first and be disqualified for ending last in the final standings. That double goal —get paid and avoid last place— is what makes every turn a bet between accelerating, shooting or repairing.
